Security companies and their staff are quite rightly regulated by UK law.
As well as ensuring your provider has SIA Approved Contractor Status, you need to be sure they have thoroughly checked the status of their team members and freelance contractors or you may be breaking the law.
CSG has invested in a secure, customised tech platform to maintain up to date information across its 500+ freelance security professionals and permanent staff. The database is tagged and date stamped to provide current information on training certification, DB checks, personal ID and right to work status across all our employees and temporary staff – allowing us to accurately select, manage and report on all members of the CSG team deployed at your event.
In addition, we have upgraded on-site biometric testing to facial recognition software – meaning that every staff member we check in is exactly who they say they are and with all their documentation loaded, current and available in our database.
CSG’s staff vetting, audit and reporting procedure is among the strongest anywhere in the industry giving you full confidence in the team protecting your assets, people and brand.
CSG believes third party accreditation is key to maintaining high standards of delivery and gives our clients confidence that we do not ‘mark our own homework’.
We hold SIA Approved Contractor Status (ACS), our training programmes are Highfield accredited and we have been awarded ISO 9001 and British Standard Quality Management certifications across a range of disciplines.
