Our Highfield-accredited training programmes equip our teams with the latest skills and public safety practices giving them increased confidence on frontline duties and to pursue wider opportunities for career progression. Our instructors bring both academic rigour and real-world experience to the training room. We draw on our special forces, police and educational expertise to offer bespoke course externally too and have trained client security teams in UK, Europe and the Middle East through a combination of e-learning and in-person courses.
